WELLNESS TRAINING

Your situation is unique. My goal is to empower and support you in achieving self-determined health and wellness goals by co-creating a tailored health and wellness program that works for you. It is my hope to equip you with the tools needed to build confidence and self-efficacy, no matter what your goals may be.

You can complete your sessions in the comfort of your home or apartment if you reside in the Edmonds, Seattle, Mercer Island, parts of the Eastside and Southern Snohomish county.

PRE & POST NATAL

I am passionate about helping you feel your best before conceiving, during pregnancy, and after your baby is born. Understanding the changes you go through during each trimester and the demands placed on you as a new mother, I will tailor your exercise program to your individual needs and your doctor's specific guidelines. If childcare is not an option, I encourage you to bring your baby to your sessions. Contact me to schedule your introductory session.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT 

We will work together to develop a program that safely challenges your balance, stability, and strength enhancing your ability to do the things you love. Many of my clients goals are to do things such as walk independently, get in and out of their seats without assistance, navigate flights of stairs, lift objects, and participate in their favorite activities, sports, and family events. Contact me to schedule your introductory session.
