How do I get started?
  • Reach out via email or contact page to schedule a Zoom or phone call.
  • After confirming compatibility, please click on the Intake Form tab above and complete the form.
Are you willing to speak with my medical care provider about my situation and needs?
  • Absolutely! I'm happy to communicate with your healthcare team, including:
    • Medical Doctor
    • Physical Therapist
    • Chiropractor
    • Acupuncturist
    • Nutritionist
    • Massage Therapist
    • and others.
  • Open communication with your healthcare team ensures I understand your needs fully.

What are your qualifications and experience?

What is your availability and schedule like?
  • I'm typically available Monday through Friday, 9am to 4:30pm.
  • Weekly clients establish set session times; less frequent clients schedule 2-4 weeks in advance.
  • Edmonds area residents may inquire about availability outside of listed hours.
What types of exercise equipment and space do I need if I don't have gym access?
  • I work with your existing equipment like bands, small weights, and household items.
  • I recommend investing in bands and weights for personal use and progression.
  • A clear area like your living room is typically sufficient for sessions.
How much are your coaching sessions and how do you bill?
  • Sessions are $150 per 50-minute session, with $15 extra for travel outside my service area.
  • Payment methods include cash, checks, or direct bank deposits.
  • Monthly invoicing for clients with multiple sessions, and post-session billing for less frequent clients.
  • Package option: $560 for 4 sessions per month ($140/50-minute session) with a 30-day cancellation policy. If you are unable to meet we can add a session to another week that works for you. Any unused sessions must be used with in 3-months of the original date of your scheudled session.
Do you support clients between sessions?
  • Yes! I encourage communication outside of sessions via Notion app, text, or email.
  • I provide resources such as workout plans, articles, and equipment suggestions to support your journey.
  • I also engage in regular check-ins, goal setting, and ongoing support keep you motivated and accountable.
